Do you ship internationally?


Yes! We ship worldwide.

What do I do with the slime activator?

Every order comes with one complimentary activator and a care card with full instructions.

⚠️ Do not place the activator powder directly into your slime. Instead, mix the powder with water to create 8 oz of activator solution, which can last up to a year (or more). Use only as needed to keep your slime at the perfect consistency.

What if I entered my shipping address incorrectly?

We know mistakes happen! Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

Once your order has shipped, we can’t make changes to the address or reroute the package.

If your package is delivered to the wrong address due to an error at checkout, we’re unfortunately unable to issue a refund or free reshipment, as the shipping label is created using the information provided at purchase.

If the order is returned to us by the carrier, we’ll happily reship it once it’s received — we’ll just need to collect a new shipping fee at that time.

If you notice an address mistake before your order ships, contact us right away at brand@lolslimes.com, and we’ll do our best to update it before it leaves our facility.

Where is my package?

Once your order ships (please allow up to 5 business days for processing), you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Just click “View My Order” in that email to see all of your order details, including live tracking updates.


Please note: we are not responsible for your package after it has shipped. If you experience any delivery issues, you’ll need to contact the mail carrier directly for assistance.

Can I cancel my order?

You can.
We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours or shipping has been initiated, whichever comes first. If you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of slime, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. In rare cases where items arrive broken or severely damaged in shipping, we will replace those items or resend a new package. Please note: slime may naturally become sticky, stiff, or shrink over time — this is normal and not considered a defect. Please see our "Slime Care" page for the best ways to preserve slime.

What are your shipping options? 
  • LOL Slimes offers United States Post Office First Class, Priority Mail, and International. DHL Express and UPS.
  • Priority Mail usually takes 2 - 4 business days (Monday - Friday).
  • This timeframe starts AFTER payment and packaging has been processed.
What types of Payment do you accept?

All Standard Payments.
We accept all Payments by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. PayPal is also accepted.
